Love that there’s an app

It makes it so convenient to access my library! My only beef is every time there’s an update, the app no longer opens. Just force quits every time. I have to delete it and reinstall, which means downloading all my stuff again. That adds up.

I downloaded the app, and it’s asking for a user name and password. I don’t have them. I think I downloaded the app a while ago and deleted it soon after, so maybe I registered then. But I don’t remember. At any rate, I see no option to register now, and I also see no way to retrieve any old user name or password I might have previously used. So the app is completely useless! Poorly designed for sure. Gives a very bad impression of the brand.
Love Big Finish, the app has issues

It’s the best way to organize my BF purchases, but when I press play and pause it crashes. Older versions had issues as well, now I’m on the latest iOS with a new phone and it’s some of the same behavior.
Who knew audio dramas rocked?

The production values and story quality are amazingly high on these episodes, every story is completely immersive. First rate acting from beloved stars in new episodes of shows I loved but which no longer air.
App not working on iOS 9

This app is normally amazing but ever since the last couple updates it's not been working properly. I keep getting a message telling me I don't don't have enough storage to download certain stories despite the fact that I have more than enough, which never happened prior to the update, and the stories I can download get up to 100% then the app immediately crashes. I love this app please fix it

The Big Finish audio studios produce spin off shows from the Doctor Who Universe as well as reboots of other, mostly British, sci fi and horror properties. The full cast audio dramas with sound effects are very immersive. This app does a great job of organizing and playing the content you have purchased on their website. Highly recommended for Who-vians.

I love this app, it makes it very easy to enjoy my audio adventures no matter where I am. Each update to the app has made it better, you can search your collection by A variety of things. The one thing I would like is a personal recommendation system on the app; I find all the options a little daunting. Having suggestions of what to listen to based on previous purchases might be nice.

I have been a United States Doctor Who fan since I was around seven years old. big finish is the reason that Doctor Who made it back in to the television once again! the quality of the recording’s are outstanding! the app is very accessible for the blind and the files sound good as downloads, I didn’t think they would but they sound great! I don’t say this lightly as I am a professional recording engineer and teach music technology at the university level! I am also totally blind so am qualified to discuss the accessibility and sound quality on that front as well!
