I used to love playing this game until I noticed that it does not give me my winnings every time. I will play a $20,000 game and my winnings will be less than $20,000.. I reached out to them to complain and alert them of the situation and all they said is it’s my connection but I told them this has nothing to do with my connection. The game plays fine until I win. My advice: DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP BECAUSE IT WILL MAKE YOU MAD ONCE YOU SEE YOU ARE NOT RECEIVING YOUR WINNINGS. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THIS APP, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR MONEY AND YOU TOO WILL BE DELETING THE APP. I asked them only to replace the money that they kept from me and they would not. AWFUL CHEATING APP AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Have anyone else have been charged automatically for coins they did not purchase ??? This happened twice, the first time I let it go cause it was two charges for 99cents. Today I got an Apple receipt again for two 99cent charges for 30,000 coins. I didn’t even play that app on the 15th of February.

I had over eight million coins just disappear. I tried to contact someone about this and all they keep telling me to try the same things that are not working and it’s not their fault so no refund!!! Beware!!!

I repeatedly get bad hands until I make a purchase then all of a sudden I get better hands. I lost 600k coins playing the 25k games then I bought 900k coins and got both jokers 3 hands in a row. Coincidence??? I don’t think so. #deletenow
