Please help me. I had over seven million coins. Something happened three days ago and the game seemed to start me over with just a few coins. I’ve played this for awhile thinking mine would return but so far it has not. I’ve even rebooted. What should I do. Alfrieda H
Paid for game cash and the game took it away

I love the game but am highly disappointed with their tech support. I purchase game cash during play, and after winning the treasure hunt, the game cash that I won mysteriously disappeared. The first time I let it past, then it happened again! The next time I took screenshots and sent them to support explaining everything. I even purposely didn’t play the game so there would be no confusion. Nevertheless, they refuse to return the 75 in game cash to my account, or refund the $50 I spent to get the game cash to win the treasure hunt. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT MAKE ANY IN APP PURCHASES
Best Bid Whist Game but, …..

This would be the best online Bid Whist game with real players, except it allows players to make one to two word remarks which are mostly appropriate, but other times insulting, bad sportsmanship, and worst of all sometimes vulgar and toxic. My most recent example at the beginning of the game a player displayed this message: “Good Luck [n word]”. The remarks capability adds nothing to the quality of this game. They should remove the capability or fix it so that only a small selection of appropriate remarks can be submitted. But, I hghly recommend remove the capability altogether, because there are always some people who will find a way to abuse it.

Too many cheaters on this app. The app itself is fine, it does glitch from time to time resulting in a loss of coins. My biggest complaint are people playing with BOTS AND CHEATING. Racking up millions of coins and making the odds impossible.

The app developers do not prevent racism people can say whatever they want to chat and there is nothing you can do about it. On top of that I played 30 pounds in a row and every hand I got less than three Trump. After I made my initial complaint to them which leads me to believe that they are punishing me for reporting racism.
