Biathlon is an event that combines physical endurance and fine motor skills to measure an individual's ability to preform under stress.
During your workout you will be prompted to shoot virtual targets by moving your arm to aim and tapping the screen to shoot.
The goal is to complete the biathlon as quickly as possible without missing any targets. The harder your breathing and higher your heart rate, the more difficult it is to hit the targets.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
