Good but too buggy

Easy navigation and user friendly layout, but freezes and crashes often. Frequently cannot get wages made. Addressing this performance would make for much better experience. Not doing so....not much point in using.

This is a truly terrible app. It freezes every time you use it. You have to force-quit it every time you open it. It's totally unresponsive the rest of the time. It's amazing that MGM has that much money and turned out something this embarrassing.

Crashes and hangs a lot. Does not get updated with all the wagers for the day. Early in the morning all that is up are the futures bets. Pretty poor app.

Can't even get signed up because the line had been over a hour wait every I try. Can't believe they don't want us to gamble. Someone should be fired for making it so difficult

It will actually take bets. It's just super frustrating to use. As everyone else reports, the app freezes if you leave it. You'll have to force close it and re-enter your login info. It's immensely disappointing.
Zero stars - freezes every use!

Every time you use the app and toggle to another app or the browser the playMGM freezes. Requires a force quit and have to login again. MGM should fire IGT for making such a horrible app. Ever heard of Crashlytics? App Dynamics? Please use tools of the mobile dev trade and test/monitor your products.
Bet changed, money stolen

The app changed my bet after the fact to something completely different, which was a losing bet, rather than my winning bet. My money was stolen by this corrupt app.
