I live in the middle of Las Vegas and this app can never “determine my location”. I guess MGM doesn’t like money because I sure as hell cant make bets every other day because apparently an app in 2018 can’t figure out where I am.

This app has a great and intuitive layout that puts the sports book on your phone. It would be perfect, except that it crashes so often it’s almost completely unusable. I’m able to place a handful of bets then the app crashes and will be completely unresponsive for hours on end. This app has great potential. Please put the work into it to make it more reliable.

Horrible App, MGM can/will not assist you with any questions and app won’t update your phone number. Avoid this app like the plague, unless you want to spend your evening going to visit with useless customer service people throughout the MGM properties telling you there’s nothing they could do.

If I could give this app less than one star, I would. Unreliable garbage! All day today I've been getting a location error. I'm used to this happening, but usually it corrects itself. Not today. I have not been able to place a bet all day. Stations app had no problem verifying my location, so I placed my bet with them. Of course, no response from their non-existent "support" department. I am done with this app. Too many other reliable mobile sportsbooks to use.

Wake up MGM! Here again in LV for MM and I have to go up to the SB right window to reset my pin. I can’t even deposit money through the app. Now I’m in Aria and cannot place a bet after depositing money. First, the app stated I had to turn on my location. I already had it turned on. I then logged out and attempted to log back in, I couldn’t. Way to be on top of your business during one of the biggest betting weeks of the year.

Waited in line at the sports book 40 minutes with only 10 people in front of me. Unbelievable. The app doesn’t stand a chance until they get this figured out.
