The only useful feature barely works. Submitting paperwork for claims that somehow slip through the automatic approval process. You must use the take picture option within the app for submitting documents. And that only works half the time. Usually times out with network errors. Pulling from your photos does not work at all. The claim will remain pending receipts. The whole app is slow and logs you out if you switch to any other app.
Had some slowing issues at first but the latest update seems to have fixed that. It is convenient and works well.
Everything works well for me. Not sure about the other reviews I saw. Everything functions exactly like I would expect.
Using this app makes submitting claims effortless. Being able to create and add documents to the claim before I'm even seen helps me stay organized and on top of making sure my money isn't wasted.
Why deploy a non-working app? The website is horrible too. Get your IT department on track.
App errors out with random errors when trying to submit a new claim...the main reason I got the app. The rest of the functionality is available through website. Worthless.
But now after entering all of the claim info the submit button brings up a fail message about the server. All user input is lost. Useless developers.
App hasn't worked in at least a couple of months now for me and I don't get the sense Tri-ad really cares to fix the problems. I can't submit the claims any longer... the app always claims that the system is taking "too long to respond?" Not responding seems to be a trend with this company's lack customer support. Thanks for making it harder to get my own money back... Can understand why my company is changing to another FSA next year with service like this.
