I’ve had my Leaf for almost two years. I wear it constantly and I wear it mostly as a bracelet but when I switch to necklace or clip I have no issues at all. I love it and people ask about it frequently. ❤️

App troubles

Love the bracelet. Generally satisfied with the app. It is shutting down when trying to log water intake. Haven't had this issues until today but after doing all the resolution tricks it a glitch in the app. Would also be nice if it exported steps to health and/or other complete tracker apps like map MyFitnessPal.

Love It but Need to fix Bug!

Generator245

I have been using the Leaf and Bellabeat app for a while now and I am highly satisfied! But today whenever I try to log water, the app crashes/closes. Still love the app and device, just hoping a developer sees this review so that an update can be released to fix this bug!

Love it

Love this company and their approach! I was first attracted because they were the only ones focusing on women and they seemed passionate about it and now i’ve had my leaf for 9 months and I love it and this company more with each day! They really try hard to make sure we feel special and their app is very motivational. Keep it up Bella team!

Enjoying new Leaf & app but needs improvements

fortunecat

I’m enjoying my new Leaf Urban and the accompanying app, especially the sleep tracking (which seems accurate when device is clipped at waist). Step tracking seems accurate, meditations are nice/helpful, and I actually use and appreciate the hydration tracker more than expected. However, I do wish the sleep tracker was more thorough (more info about sleep quality), and that it automatically tracked naps. I often sleep in multiple shorter stints due to the time constraints of my occupation, and long naps are crucial to getting my needed hours. As is, I have to manually log naps (easy to forget), and the app only tracks sleep quality of overnight sleeps, but naps can be half of my daily sleep! Additionally, and possibly more important, the period tracker really needs to be more robust. I find I’m reverting to a different, free app to track my cycle, because the Leaf app is really insufficient. I can’t retroactively log when my period starts (who honestly knows exactly when their period starts in their 40’s+, or with menstrual issues, or has a moment to log it when it happens?). Plus, there’s no detail whatsoever in period tracking (as others have described). One other thing... Would it be possible in future Leaf releases to add a thermometer and maybe a temperature tracker to the hardware? It would be really helpful for anyone with health issues, and for women trying to conceive (especially with a more robust period tracker). And, of course, I’m hoping at some point a waterproof option is developed for us swimmers.

Good app, could be better

I like the app, but it doesn’t sync the water that I’m logging into Apple’s Health app. This means I have to log it twice to get a full picture.

Waste of money!!

This app doesn’t even work. The duo is not worth the money. You have to enter in every thing into the app. It does not actually track anything for you. Wish I hadn’t wasted my Christmas present on these products.

Step count very inconsistent

Olo123

I generally like that I can track all these things. But after 1 month, I really start doubting the steps. So I cross checked it with my IPhone stepcounter and it’s off by 2000-4000 steps within a 2 hour window. Both more or less depending on days. So I question quality control and what to do when it’s not accurate.

Please change sleep times! ?

Emenemeny

I really love my Urban Leaf and have been using this app for over a year now but I go to sleep earlier than 9:00pm most nights... so my sleep isn’t recorded correctly. I’ve been waiting to see if sleep times would change in any updates. People have all sorts of different schedules, so I’m kind of surprised this has been overlooked and not addressed yet. I’m clearly not the only one with this problem! 5 star worthy if This could get fixed!
