Don't trust these cameras

Belkin cameras constantly drop off you network, which means you have to connect them over and over again. Don't trust the safety of your loved ones to these cameras or this awful app - it will let you down.

I have been using 3 cameras for about 4 years and the original ones are still working great. Clear crisp picture and good sound.

I have two of these cams. One HD the other is cheeper... The HD connects instantly but the cheeper one has never connected regardless of what I do. I always get the message that says Video interrupted check your connections and settings and try again. Whether Im in the building or away the camera never connects

The app works flawlessly ... no update more than two years & no iPhone X support yet. I like the way web app does, click on camera directly to live feed

I bought 8 cameras. None are currently working. Don’t waste your money. The last update was over 2 years ago. When a product is put on the market, customer service is paramount! Either update or refund people’s money!

whats purpose of nickname?
Consistently becomes "unavailable" and no way to change this if away (when you need it!). No more for me!
Video Feed Cuts Out Frequently

Really disappointed how the video feed times out quickly. I’ve had to reinstall the camera multiple times bc the app stops working all together. Very unreliable. Always crossing my fingers when I turn it on that it’s going to work.
