Special gems costing 100k or more to use and the rewards are a possible 500k? You will more than likely never see a 500k return. Random, I think not. They simply want you to HOPE that kind of return is possible. You can literally choose the same pick 100 times and never reveal that kind of reward, jackpot. BUT what you can expect after spending 100k coins or more is a return of 1000 coins, seriously?!? It’s all an illusion to draw you in to do nothing more than get you to spend money on a game that is absolutely pointless to spend actual money on. My review, just play the game with no real expectations. It’s a mindless game, save your money...PopCap doesn’t deserve a penny from your pockets.

I had this game for years and I played it quite often. However, I have noticed that my score hasn’t changed in months. It’s still at 41, 511,100. It has been such at this score for the past few months and I play this game a few times a week.

I’ve played this game for a while and it use to be entertaining. Now ads pop up after every game . I watch other people play it and they tell me they don’t get ads. I want to cash out my gold bars and coins for the going rate that you actually charge.

Never won jackpot in two years. Played same position for 100 times and should have won 1/9 times never did.

I had been playing regularly, and had made purchases. I made a small purchase today. My screen locked up, and after several attempts and minutes, I had to uninstall and reinstall on my device. All game progress, and purchases were gone when I signed back in. I filed a grievance and still have not had a response. I would recommend avoiding this game, because it’s a complete rip off, with no customer support. Do NOT make any purchases.

Hi Bejeweled Blitz team. First of all, thank you for a fun game and it definitely helps with hand eye coordination, I play this daily. I understand now and then the game can freeze. I was playing Blitz Kaboom and at the very end it froze. I used the Special Gem and I also used 200 shards to extend. Anyway, if you do credit players back that would be great. By the way, keep up the good work. Keep producing new gems. Love them <3

When playing the Blitz Kaboom I hit 12 of the gems. It registered only 1. No more spending time & $$ on this game. Gonna run thru my $$ then delete

I lost 49 + million points , all gems ...everything ! Sent message to help and got nothing ! Sent an email telling me they closed out my problem ? Just now playing and lost my points and gem , I am done with this game. I have been playing for years but no more it is a waste of time
