This game used to be so great. Now nothing shows up, sometimes friends names show up and disappear in the middle of week..sometimes, the gems don't appear when they're supposed to... and trying to get through the help line is impossible.....too bad, it used to be my favorite game...

This game has become so disappointing! It doesn’t even give u half the time it used to and it glitches up and freezes so u can’t even play your special gems!!! As soon as my points r spent I am done! This game isn’t even half the fun it used to be! Not kidding! U let one person be in the lead for months at a time so there’s no challenge!!! It’s all about the money u invest in the game and I am done spending my $! It’s not worth it anymore!!

Have been playing Bejeweled Blitz for many years, I play on iPad. My friend wants me to play the party games, but you cannot play them on iPad. Please help change that, I don’t do computers well at all.

I’ve been playing this game for years now suddenly it has so many glitches such as I may not be able to see my friends that I’m I usually play against or I don’t have the options to detonate or do the quick mix of the coins on the board it’s just it’s is so disappointing because I’m very close friend of mine and I have been in competition against each other for several years and now we’re both just at a point where we are over it so if it doesn’t get fixed within the next couple of weeks....deleted!!

My content was reset to new player (novice) status. I had over 88 million coins, 126 thousand gold bars, all boosts were maxed etc. I contacted support twice and asked them to restore my status but all they offer is a paltry 130k coins. I am logged in properly as Suzyqzy27. Has this happened to anyone else?

I PLAYED GOLD BARS CHAMPIONS AND LANDED IN 8th PLACE. AT THE VERY MOMENT I ENDED THE GAME AND MY SCORE REFLECTED THAT I EARNED 8th PLACE. HOWEVER , WHEN GAME WENT INTO DEVELOPING RESULTS MODE AND RETURNED WITH RESULTS, MY 8th PLACE WAS CHANGED INTO 10th PLACE. WHY WOULS RESULTS OF CONTEST COME BACK WITH ME IN 8th PLACE. I TOOK SCREENSHOTS OF MY SCORE AND OF THE RESULTS AS I ACHIEVED THEM AND AS THE COMPUTER TALLIED THEM AND THEY DO NOT MATCH. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. OBVIOUSLY 8&10th PLACE WINS THE SAME AMOUNT OF GOLD BARS(100), I GET IT. NEVERTHELESS IF THE WINNINGS , PER SAY, WERE DIFFERENT, THIS WOULD CLEARLY PRODUCE A WORSE PROBLEM THAN IT DID FOR ME THIS TIME. PLEASE FIX THIS, T H A N K S!!!!!!! GOD BLESS!!!!!!!

After many years playing the game resets and takes your gems and multiplayers along with the coins and bars Originally I was logged in using Facebook but now using Facebook it doesn’t recover my old account.

Love this game, except....

I’ve played this game for years through Facebook on my laptop but the past few months it keeps freezing up and I have to quit as there is no way to finish a game. It’s even worse with the new HTML5 version. I also have NEVER won the grand prize when choosing a prize at the end of using a “rare gem”....I have tried hundreds of not thousands of times. Those odds are unreasonable and it is absolutely rigged. I have the app now on my phone and it does not freeze but I prefer playing through Facebook on my laptop. When will the developers address these issues?
