Opens at scan pop up screen. Prohibiting any access to all else. Running latest version of this app on IOS 14 on iPhone 11. Cleared cache/ plenty of memory available. Simply unusable.

Ordered curtains from store to be shipped to my home by fed ex, got a text they were delivered I was home at the time and checked my front steps, no package ? I immediately called fed ex and bbb the wait on both lines was ungodly, I finally reached a rep and she had a language barrier after 15 min. I hung up and a few min later her supervisor called me and said she would place another order for me (not) I waited the 7 business days she told me to and I called back I was told there was no order for me I called again talked to another supervisor he said he was going to send me a voucher for $50. to my email to use at their stores (not) ? in turn I had to call numerous stores to see if they had them in stock and had to travel to both. Now I’m trying to get the matching valances and was able to get 4 but I need another 4 and I called the 800 # again a language barrier and ask if there was any at all in their stores the rep told me she would send me a list via email in 24 hrs. I believe I now have to send them all back and find a reputable company to deal with ?

While trying to place an order in the app, keep getting told another browser is open. No other browser or version of app is open on any device. If I can’t place an order, I will have to get the item I’m looking for at another retailer.

Cart isn’t working on app or web

When I add stuff to cart, it doesn’t show up when I click on my cart... cart remains perpetually empty. Search bar is now covered by the picture/barcode icons. Website cart isn’t working either. What’s up BB&B? I was trying to place a big order today... going to go shop another store.

10/4/2020 In store item listings not seeing. Curbside pickup not everyone drives and therefore my shopping is limited. This app ONLY SERVES ONLINE SHOPPING TO PICK UP IN STORE OR DELIVERY. I HAVE NO USE FOR THIS APP THEREFORE IAM UNINSTALLING.

I recently shopped in the Paramus, NJ store and Roxy helped me select a Gel Pro mat for my kitchen. I had an amazing experience - Roxy was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and shared her thoughts with me which was exactly what I hoped for. Every store should have a ‘Roxy’! I hope this commendation will be added to her employee file and that she will be informed of her excellent service.

Hoping the app improved. Nope.

I am having a problem using my app. I’ve never had one before but as of today when I try to use my app and it says it doesn’t recognize me on my device.I have been using the app since it was rolled out and have never had a problem until now. It then takes me to another screen to say they were going to send me a six digit pin number so that I can get in but no pin number is ever sent. I have tried it 3 to 4 times already and still no email with a six digit code to use the app. Please help
