Great game that’s addictive to play with guild mates. But the months of neglect from the developers customer service response to issues is wrong.

The game itself is 5 star all the way. What ever you do DO NOT put real money in it to it.The only problem is the nonexistent customer support.They only care about making money than their customers.
Where's the stamina??

Really enjoying this game other than one simple flaw. Why don't we get stamina refilled when we level like every other game, EVER. I'd really like to put more time into this game but it seems I'm constantly out of stamina, resulting in myself closing the app and playing something else!

Game is good and I do like it.. but recently can’t get in to game with Sophia server keep saying it’s invalid logo.. please fix it

I love everything about this game, I’m addictive to this game it’s so much fun but the only thing I have a problem is that the server that I play in which is called S83 Sophie is broken, during the day it say something about a Unknown error and to contact customer service, and during the night it allows me to login only for a couple of minutes and then it log me out, I have contacted customer service nothing has been done but other then that I will not give up on this game.

I really enjoy playing this game but lately I’ve been plagued with an error code when I attempt to log in saying “unknown error please contact customer service... l473317l855461lnewLogin” is anyone else experiencing this? It happens often but there are a few rare instances that I can get it.

I used to have the username Miho, server Echo and I lost the account and I want it back!!!! And I had to make a new one. I am now Yue, server Echo. (Edit) is there any way to get the account Miho back. Because I spent a lot of money and it would be a waste if I didn’t get it back. The game is laggy and has a bunch of issues.

Some connectivity issues and lag. However, there's a lot of fun parts of the game. Great visuals, lots of daily quests, and plenty of different activities to keep you busy. One big concern for me is you have to spend a substantial amount of real money (can't use in game currency) to unlock some of the stronger characters. Not needed for most of the game from what I've found, but it is a subtle Pay2Play. Biggest gripe is the stamina regeneration though. You can use all of your stamina, and it still won't be fully replenished even if you don't sign in for 24+ hours.
