Major issue

After playing for couple of days when you go to log in it’s says error contact customer support... when I tried contacting it kept trying to change it to Chinese... I don’t read Chinese... let me log in I was winning...

Only issue is that I have to keep deleting it and reinstalling it. It will start to not play after going into the start menu

This is really the best game. Lots of modes to fight. Different ways to increase your beauties.
VIP and Bullions make no sense

In the game you earn bullions which is what is used to buy new high level cards and equipment. You earn them slowly but that's okay because it's worth it in the end. Well, that's what you think. You must "buy" bullions to become a high level VIP to use your bullions for good equipment and cards. So, why should I have to save bullions and do all events to earn them, if I have to buy the ones that cost money to use them anyway? This makes no sense. I'm literally having to buy bullions just to increase my VIP to be able to spend the bullions I've earned. So doing events are pointless because you're just going to have to recharge your account anyway.
Interesting game but...

This game is very interesting. I downloaded it as a joke. I enjoy it but the voice acting is.. very cringeworthy and not very good. Some girls just try too hard to be cutesty. Also what is up with the moaning when the beauty receives damage? Muting this helped but having to sit through the tutorial with terrible voice acting and moaning without being allowed to access the settings made it hard to focus.
It's Great But...

So far, it's been great and I've been playing it for almost a month now. However, lately whenever I try to log in, I keep getting an error message that says to contact customer service for error "1238522184561get_friends" and I have no idea why. It keeps saying that whenever I try to play the game. I don't want to have to start over from scratch if this persists. If it's fixable or an ongoing problem, please fix it. Also, for the point battles, can you also add an explanation on how to get to the point to dispatch 3 beauties? Cause so far, I'm still only at two and I have no clue how to unlock the third slot since it's not explained. Thank you for reading.
