Quite possible my favorite reddit app

Parkerplpijih

I recently switched to the reddit official app for curiosity's sake, big disappointment. Beam just makes subs feel more accessible and earlier to read.

Best Reddit client

Tyler_matson_

By far the most beautiful Reddit client I've ever used. I prefer it over any other Reddit app in the App Store.

Best reddit app

Worth it

Buggy

Consistently loses place in feed when you click on something and then go back.

Best of the bunch.

I definitely enjoy this app the most out of the few that I tried. Simple, clean interface along with my favorites right at the top when I open the app is great.

Almost there.

It's a great app, but it could be a lot better. Aesthetically, it's the nicest-looking client I've seen, but lacks some features. For one, no NSFW tag. At least none that I could see. Maybe add a red hint to NSFW posts or a little symbol for them. Another would be images don't open in the app, but takes you to a link. Unless I need to purchase that feature. Other clients open images within the app, rather than generating links inside the app. Also I tried to do the 24 hour trials for the packs, but I kept getting errors each time, however it was sharing the link just fine. A little odd.

Fix pic zoom glitch

Crashes. Has a glitch where pics shrink when you try and pinch to zoom. No infinite scrolling. Decent interface though

Better than the new Reddit app

Osman H.

Clean, easy to use, better than the new Reddit app. My two cons are: 1) messages. When you want to see your messages you have to back out of what ever thread or sub you are in and lose your place. 2) flairs. Can't seem to get them to work. Which would be nice for subs like NFL so I can tell who is for what team.

Fantastic Way to Browse Reddit

I've only had it for a day, but I love Beam. It's fast and easy to use. It blows away AlienBlue and the official Reddit app. It's up there with Antenna for me. My only complaint is it could be a tad more user friendly. I have to go through a few screens before I can switch night mode on manually and I would like to see the ability to use swipe gestures to go back a page rather than tap a back button. Other than that it's a great app.

The best Reddit client I have used, newr perfection. Would recommend keeping an extra client such as Narwhal just because Beam is kind of young and still does not allow features such as publishing posts.
