Not reliable

xxxin_xxxin

Sometimes it works. Sometimes it requires restart of the app to make it work.

Won’t Pair to new phone

Mphdetroit

This thing is a joke! Bought a new phone and it tells me it already paired to a device and won’t let me pair it to my new phone. This thing is a joke. Good thing it was free from Amex.

Wouldn’t pair.

Phoebers101

Wouldn’t even pair. Simply didn’t work as advertised. Great idea, poor execution.

Registration

Jgostl

Seems nice enough but registration doesn't work. That adds some valuable features.

Garbage

JWreck1

Doesn't even connect.

Very short range

Grumpy_Cat_Girl

If you are within about 10 feet of the dog, it might connect and tell you you're very close. Obviously, at that point, unless the dog is invisible, there's not much value in the device. "Might connect" means that after it can't find the device for about 10 seconds, it seems to give up and go to sleep even if you lay the sending unit on the phone. Pushing the button on the device several times seems to work but again, if you have to have the device to find it...

Some of it is good.

I haven’t given it a very good test, but locating the Beagle at close range works perfectly. However, using Beagle to trigger an alert on my phone doesn’t work at all. Neither does using it to take a photo on my phone. Is it not updated for iPhone X?
