If I could give it zero stars I would. Only works within 7-10 feet away from it. App is garbage.

Fine product. Works as advertised. Can be used to find tile, and from tile to find the phone.

Received as a gift from Amex. Followed the instructions to the tee but the app cannot find the device to pair. Like the other reviews said, don’t even bother.

Like most reviewers, received as free Amex gift. Despite reviews decided to give it a try. D/L app to phone, ran the pairing operation. The device is found momentarily and then drops out. Then won’t reconnect. Can’t ever get to anything but a pairing operation on the app, it just locks up. XS Max with most up to dAte iOS.... looks like junk to me.

It won’t pair or even show up on my iPhone X. It will show up on my Samsung galaxy 8 though which is a older phone. They need to work this bug out.
