I love that it’s free with no bs subscription or anything. It’s just there to help you be okay. You don’t have to pay for some overpriced subscription to help with your anxiety attacks. You just download it and you can calm your anxiety while also tracking it. It’s amazing. Thank you so much!!

almost didn’t get it simply because of lack of reviews but seriously, this app is wonderful. it not only has the popular breathing technique, but it has a call button so you can quickly call one of your contacts in case it gets too bad and it has a calendar to chart down each panic attack you have and what the symptoms were. i recommend this app.

This app is so awesome. I have really enjoyed it and have used it everyday since I got it. It super simple and easy to use. It’s simply for you to focus on your breathing, nothing fancy. I also really love that it allows you to track your panic attacks and has an emergency contact option. Over all it’s a really great tool to use especially when you are stressed.

Where did my records go???

Everything about this app is perfect except one little thing: I keep having my records go blank! Please fix this, because I need to keep track of what’s happening. Aside from that, I love uploading photos, and I love the sound feature that is has, but my records keep disappearing.
