After I purchased Cold War and had over 7 terabytes I’d storage and set up. Blizzard had denied my permission to download. Very unsatisfied with it.

Downloaded the app and entered in my credentials. Brings me to the authentication page but when I choose “SMS”, the app still thinks I want to authenticate via authentication. Cannot log in for the life of me.

This app since it’s big face lift awhile back has become a slow hot mess. It takes forever to properly load your friends list and their statuses as it does it one by one... Notifications sometimes don’t even go off. C’mon guys fix this app and add some more features to it like maybe voice chat?

Here I am again on 2/3 installing the app once again and my messages and friends list doesnt load. Just blank! Please fix! When i try to contact blizzard support its also just blank, no email, no thing to help! Funny people spend so much and blizzard is non existent apparently! Wont get another dime out of me!

I love that I’m able to stay in touch with my friends and guild members through this app. Helps when I’m moving all the time being a military spouse.

Let us choose our own pic or of our faces and or artwork!!! Make this better than Facebook and if you could upload all blizzard art tutorials to blizz app in a special section make it its own YouTube.
