Awesome app, just one thing!

This has been a great app since they’ve released it. It did have minor flaws like sometimes if you typed too fast it would lag a bit. But, they’ve since fixed the issue. Since then they haven’t really had to do any major changes, which is great. I say keep it exactly how it is with the addition of one mi or detail (which would probably be a major detail to add... but minor in terms of functionality). I’d like to see them add a function where you can switch between profiles if you have multiple. I know this probably won’t be a thing only because they really try to strive for a one profile for all games, but let’s face it. This isn’t the reality for most of the Blizzard fan base, especially concerning the fact that Blizzard limits the number of total Battle.net friends you can have across the board. All in all, the app works pretty well all things considering. ?
Login queue line is full

Just downloaded the app. When I try to login, I am told the login line is full and to try to login later. As a messaging app, this shouldn’t happen. It would be one thing if it was down for maintenance. Just doesn’t seem as dependable as other messaging services.

Purchased 11 loot boxes over this app, didn’t receive them in game. My Xbox account is linked and my account is verified. So I am down $10 and have no loot boxes. Went to their support and they advise that I restart my Xbox (that didn’t work) or contact Xbox support as if it is their problem. I can’t get a refund for my money, and restarting the game and console does nothing. Overall the app is so unorganized and their support system is awful

Today, I’ve tried to get on my old account that had overwatch origins edition on it that I couldn’t play at the time of purchase due to my old laptop not having the requirements to run it. I’ve gotten a new laptop for Christmas and decided to try logging in to this old account, however it no longer exists for whatever reason. This has forced me to write this review because I spent 40 dollars on that account only to have it deleted without my knowledge and has soured my spirits.

I expected way more from a proprietary app from Blizzard. You can do nothing but send chats. Very dissapponting

It’s a cool app but I’d like it more if it showed character and zone info, not just what game your friend is playing.
