Stuck on tutorial, game literally unplayable

The game seemed fine, but i'm locked to the tutorial, can't even enter settings to reset my save, reinstalling the game does nothing. On the part where i have to use crystals, i used it and i get DC'd, crystals gone and it's forcing me to do another summon with no crystals, only option is to waste 5$ because of a stupid bug, which i will not do. Having s game tutorial lock is terrible for this very reason, bad game, not recommended
Fun, but unbalanced PVP

Fun game but it is very frustrating to get paired with the same opponent 3 times in a row in PVP. Please fix this. Decimating the same low level opponent 3 times in a row is not good for my score or theirs.

Versus is terribly uneven. One match you are fighting a crew that kills you in one hit, the next you are killing a crew in one hit. The evolution of characters also takes too long. You can try for weeks on end attempting to battle/defeat a random daily boss in order to evolve your crew. I hit a wall with this game a month ago and stopped playing. Now I'm trying it out again to see if it should be deleted.

The vs mode is very uneven. You should be fighting people in the same rank as you ie; bronze silver gold, but instead fight anyone. Some glitches here and there but overall very addicting. Maybe the developers just need to improve a few things then this game could be top charts

Bugs are: - daily log in repeats at day 1 always. - tower event disappears. - tower event rewards are not received by many players. - versus should b against ppl who are in ur level not diamond league. - chat could be improved. - slow in loading. - crashes sometimes. - support should reply and fix issues quickly sometimes it takes 1 month to solve a complain, that's not acceptable by players. - arabic language support - exp to next level should be shown in profile.
