Simple app to use! Can’t wait to see the color. Can’t wait to see how this foundation is I’m very excited about it! I found out about the app as part of a contest and I will definitely update my review when I receive my foundation! Update the foundation matched my skin perfect but it broke my whole face out in red bumps. Waited a few days and tried again and the same thing happened.

Never could get the app to work. Kept giving me and error to remove my phone case even though I removed it.

I have looked at the help page, read many of the reviews, and I have googled this problem, but no matter what I do, this app keeps repeating the calibration process without end. I’ve even tried being patient and just go along with it- 20 minutes was as long as I was willing to be patient with repeating the calibration process. This app seems like it’s great-based upon reviews- and I wish I could make it work, but here I am!

I hate this app, but love the company. At first, it really wants u to scan your skin so u can get your foundation matched and bronzers and blushes to show on your skin. It is so annoying. I follow the directions correctly but it just won’t work. It wants me to take my case off for a better scan but it takes forever to get my case off. I already got my foundation matched so it is really annoying.

I tried probably 100 times to do the scan and in the middle of the process at some point it stops talking and just freezes and won’t let you finish. It for awhile kept saying I needed to unmute my phone and turn up the volume and I made sure I had the sound on at the highest level and still same problems. App doesn’t appear to be functioning properly. Needs more development. My iPhone X is up to date completely.

Watched the instructions. Followed the directions. Camera keeps turning off and after almost an hour it only managed to calibrate 3 times. Once I started doing it on my face, I would get to step three or four and the camera would magically cut off and the app stop. There is no way to pick up where you left off. The app also stops progressing if you get a pop up notification or if anything else comes up on the screen. Soooo you have to start over. I'm trying to decide if this is worth over an hour of my time especially if I rarely wear foundation.

I’ve tried to get past the calibration stage countless times. I’ve tried all of the tips I saw here. It simply does not work, and that’s super unfortunate.

Not impressed in the slightest way. I’ve seen commercials constantly about this app & I wanted to try & see if I could find a match for my skin. I downloaded the app & it’s apparently not compatible with my iPhone. I may have just an iPhone 5s, but I’m upgraded to the latest iOS so what’s the issue? Not extremely happy that I wasted my time to to download this app, calibrate it & then for it to not work at all.
