This app seems to be good based off the reviews but it sucked for me. The calibration process was impossible. I tried about ten times and none of them worked. It keep restarting the process and I know I was doing it correctly so it was the poorly made app’s fault. I would rate this zero stars if I could. Fix ur app!

The process itself was easy. Instruction are clear and they go step by step. It says it will come with your name on it. Which is cool especially since it was matched to you. The problem i had was the bottle it showed didn’t seem like it would match. Maybe the bottles are not clear and it makes the color itself look different. I can update later. I wrote this review as part of a campaign on Influenster. Part of a #contest. Update: they changed it and now you can see the color it has matched you to. Which is amazing so you don’t have to be waiting to get the foundation to see if it’s close. Still an easy process and easy checkout. I recommend scanning where you don’t get direct sunlight or lightbulb light.

It was fast and easy to use. However the shade I received is about 3 shades too light. I can’t even use it to highlight. I did the shade match twice and i followed the directions to the T. I am not quite sure what I did wrong. I calibrated it on the exact amount of white sheets of paper and I did it on the correct areas on my face. I made sure my face was clean and had no makeup. Maybe it was from the flash on my phone but I did everything else correctly and still go the incorrect shade.

I downloaded this app through influenster. It wouldn't let me scan my face on my iPhone 5s. I couldn't download it on my husbands android either. After 5 days I was able to scan it on my dad's iPhone 6+. Thank goodness!

Easy to Use

I loved how easy this app was to use but at first the foundation matched perfectly and now it’s a bit to dark. I did receive this product for free so I could try it out.

No exchange, too dark

they messed up my shade twice and i couldnt get an exchange. Both times they were too dark for me. Sad that its not my fault yet i get no foundation to use

This actually works unfortunately it was just a bit lights but it’s an amazing new technology to just find your foundation I was sent to try this product and app for free
