The first release was buggy with a strange interface. This version and much better and actually opens every time.

broken app

Mr. Mex

i have downloaded this app multiple times and does not work. after first download i was told that ineeded to set up my new bank of the sierra online account - done. i still cannot log in on this app. i also can't log in on the mobile bank of the sierra web site, but i can log in on the standard website on my laptop. i hope this gets fixed.

Won't download and I wouldn't give it 1 star except I have to rate it.

Jehayco

I have tried to download this app several times and it won't load. I also try logging in from my iPhone and it keeps telling me my account is not active. I can log into my account on my iPad just fine.

Never works

Stupidhurts1234

Another failed attempt of a small local bank trying to act like one of the big branches of America Don't waste your time!

Works as Expected

Shejazzytaz

I downloaded this app as soon as it was available and have had no issues with it.

Great!

ajones1996

I have had a great overall experience using this app...I can transfer funds from my checking to my savings with ease. I can easily see my transactions and they are so fast and up to date. I also heard that soon you can deposit checks with the app. Great work!

Crashes

DXM91

It doesn't notify you when you overdraw and the app crashes ALL OF THE TIME. I can't access my account at night either. It says, "Error" & doesn't allow me to access it until the next day. It's convenient but needs work.

Great app

aztekayke

Work perfect and very easy to use, has all the features i need.

Worthless POC

JBP1998

Never shows current balance for account. Worthless app.

MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT

JOS_

It clearly states on both the application and the website that you have check deposits with the phone camera. Both do not have the feature at all so what's the deal
