Bad customer service!!!

I ordered and it's been 2 months now and I haven't gotten anything. I e-mailed them THREE TIMES to inquire about my order and STILL NO REPLY!!! I resorted to the chat help but the person I chatted with couldn't tell me where my order was. I guess my order will never arrive!!! MY LOSS!!! There's no way of tracking my order. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have purchased several items and have had a good experience each time. Some shipping is not as fast as others so that is the only downside. Overall good quality so far. I will update my review again as I have a few big item purchases that I have not received yet. I have faith that they will be great as well.
