Terrible Bluetooth pairing

I have owned many Bluetooth headphones and earphones and the Bluetooth pairing through this app is the worst I have ever seen. It’s extremely frustrating and almost not making it worth the other benefits these earphones provide.

If you have never heard any B&O stuff, your life is void of SUPREME SOUNDS!!! Although the price is also extreme, take my word: YOU SHALL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED — IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER!!! P E R I O D ! However, do not be cavalier and not take the absolute importance concerning proper tips!!! The product comes with 4 pairs of various size - Small, Medium, and Large plus a pair of Memory Foam tips! I found the Memory Foam worked very well! However, spend an additional $27.00 and order directly only from B&O’s website and search for these EXACT items: “Comply Sport Pro PREMIUM TIPS Designed for Bang & Olufsen Earphones - LARGE”. DO NOT THINK FOR A SECOND THAT ANY OTHER TIPS SHALL PERFORM ANYWHERE CLOSE!!!! Enjoy!!!???
The connectivity issue while playing multiple speakers is real

If you connect multiple speakers using the Beosound feature the speakers will not be synchronized, you will hear one or more speakers lagging more than one second respect to the others, this sound like an echo. I spent multiple hours with support trying to fix it to no avail. It is not a wifi or Bluetooth problem, all my setup is top notch, I have the latest in wifi mesh technology, an access point sitting next to the speakers. Also tried connecting all speakers with cat6 cables directly to the Business router which has 2gbps connection to the internet and 10gbps bandwidth for the local network, the speakers still lag for over a second even connected with wires. Support tried to tweak the settings including “delay” settings to try to sync them manually but this didn’t help either. In short: If you are playing a single speaker this is Okay-ish, but if you want to use the beosound feature that promises to link multiple speakers together: it doesn’t work, not even on a wired setup.

The speaker itself produces beautiful sound, when it’s working. It’s very fidgety when switching between phones and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The app does virtually nothing to resolve the issues.
Getting ear buds to work

It took several weeks to get eat buds up and usable. Now, the ear buds only work sporadically. ?

I have Edge and A1 Edge has a problem automatically volume is getting lower with this App :( My A1 speak has getting louder. So angry.
