Failure to Update

I have the Beoplay H9 headphones. They will not accept the latest software/ Firmware updates. I kept trying by connecting them directly to my Windows 10 and Mac Catalina OS. This app also had issues finding my product. It’s been a real bummer to deal with. It’s taken some of the joy of music away

I don’t ever leave reviews, but this app is awful. It rarely connects to your devices which is its sole purpose.

These headphones won’t even last charged up they hit 100% I take them off the charger an they drop to 97% just like that like how if I didn’t even used them like really we need to see improvements in battery these headphones cost way to much to see them flop like that smh ??♂️

Love the artist beauty of the products but the charge doesn’t hold up, and sound isn’t as crisp as my bose.

Won’t be surprised about an imminent Class Action Lawsuit here. These products sound good but connect horribly & erratically. Esp BeoSound 1. B&O keep it simple! You’re turning technologically wonky! From Denmark to China???!
The speakers and web/google home activation are terrible.

The speakers and google home activation are horrific. There is no way to use existing streaming accounts (e.g.: Pandora Premium) with these speakers and get stereo sound. The adds indicate that you can pair them and have stereo. I spent $7500. for two speakers, and can only get monaural sound with my Pandora Premium. Who, in the 21st century wants to spend that kind of money on “Hi Fi”? Moreover, the speakers are boomy, midrange is poor. The speakers sound “boxy”- they are not at all “open”. These speakers are grossly misrepresented in the B&O literature. I have a 25 year old B&O table top CD player with speakers that cost $2500. The unit works well and has better sound that my new speakers. I wish I had not purchased them. Of note, the boxes self destruct when you carefully open them. I am extremely disappointed. Great Headphones

These are very expensive if you can afford it they are definitely worth it. Easy to operate and can hold a charge for a ridiculously long time, they’ll be my #1 set for the foreseeable future.
