I love this app and this company. The BancPass ez tag is so easy to use. Read the directions and activate it properly, get the app, and done! Easiest account management ever.
Logging in

I have been trying to sign into this app for weeks. I keep receiving an error message, “unable to contact server”. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app and it still will not work. I really like this app up until this problem.
App malfunctioning

The app has not been able to connect to server and allow me to check my wallet or any other information for that matter. Periodically will it work.
Great app. Where is the card to reload in HEB??

This app doesn’t have the option to show the barcode to reload at HEB stores. The android version does have that option.
Fees is to high

Want to like it, but they charge more then regular EZ tag. I rather call EZ tag that is out of town and pay them instead of keep reloading with this. I try to set my reload at $40, but it would not allow it. Max I can request auto reload is $30 with the $1 fee. If I want more, then more fee.
New tag balance transfers

I just got a new vehicle & all that emailing & calling to replace & transfer a balance. This process needs some improvement.
