Due to the pandemic, many grocery stores in my area were sold out of EZ Tags, but I eventually discovered the Banc Pass which is basically the same thing and this toll tag is a true life saver! My boyfriend lives on the opposite side of town from me and we take turns commuting to see each other and have to use the beltway which requires tolls. This tag was so easy to set up, all you do is stick it on your windshield, text the activation code to a 5 digit number and done! You’re all set up! And the app works quick when adding money onto the tag. Super fast, easy and convenient, definitely recommend! ??

Stay away from BancPass. It's a piece of crap with no simple instruction on the right app to use. Now I owe EZ tag 700 dollars

All I can say is that this is the easiest EZ Tag setup and reload ever. It took me 2 minutes to reload my tag and immediately saw my new balance!

As much as I love the app and my being able to use the toll ways without the commitment, there are some things that need to be changed/added to this system. For one, we need the ability to completely remove a vehicle from our accounts, not just having it disabled. Even the ability to hide vehicles would be better than nothing. And two (which harkens back to number one) we need the ability to be able to transfer funds from one tag to another without having to call the central servicing call-in line. That line is only useful for the people who work normal hours daily or in an environment where they can actually make calls during the day. I have $10 stuck on a car that has been crushed into a cube. I don’t need that car on my account and I need my $10 tomorrow but the line is closed on weekends... for now, the app gets three stars.
