Games don’t stream well

This app needs help. Games currently in play don’t load and we have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work. This should not be necessary
Streams crash all the time

Whenever I cast to my TV using Chrome cast or Apple TV the app crashes every few minutes. It's unwatchable. No other issues casting with any other app, wifi is working with no issue.

The app works on the first try about 25% of the time. I usually have to do a force reboot of my TV to get the app to connect if I want to watch a game. The app also crashes unexpectedly from time to time. When it actually connects the video quality is good, but the audio levels between the games and the ads is very different. The ads are incredibly loud if you have the game at a normal volume. Overall it’s the worst streaming app I have used, but it’s my only option since Bally channels aren’t available on streaming cable services.

I use this app to mainly watch the Pelicans and it has never worked for an entire game. It either loss the ads and then says their is a problem after a few seconds on game time and this is repeated continuously or it just won’t load at all. I have multiple other streaming services and watch live sports fine on them. Also, their full screen view is atrocious.

You can’t even watch a game or airplay to your tv. Constantly crashes or buffers. I wish Fox Sports was back.

How do you screw up volume level I have to have the volume on 50 for my tv when everything else only needs to be at 20

Pretty clear Sinclair bought them out to cheap out (pistons announcers stay at LCA for road games) and the app itself is no exception. Do not put enough money into bug fixes(ads run with sound but not video which advertisers can’t be happy with). Also I have to turn off my WiFi to keep the pistons games from pausing(Netflix,Hulu,Amazon prime work fine. Poor quality through and through. Apps like these are needed to make it through harsh winters,wish they would put a little effort.

How is it that they still haven’t fixed the volume on the telecast after a year? I know I’m not the only one that gets the ads at EXTREME volume but the telecast is a whisper. Before they blame my phone or tv, every other streaming sports app (ESPN, Fox Sports, TNT) have no volume issues. Lazy job, bad app.
Horrible app for steaming games

We can’t stream a game from this app for anything. Even if only one person is using the internet. Funny thing about it is the adds they make you watch play without issue, but the show or game you want is garbage!
