Worst app for sports!

This has to be the absolute worst app for sports! Ever since everything transitioned to Bally sports, it has been a complete waster of time even trying to watch a game. Nothing loads, ads for everything, the navigation to even find a live game is ridiculous, and font even get me started on all of the constant crashes mid game (if you even make It that far). This has been the biggest let down in sports streaming, please go back to fox sports and stop wasting the consumers time Bally. Update: still trash, never loads on initial startup and too many ads. Hate this app and this company.

The app works about 75% of the time when streaming on a tablet or iPhone. Try to cast that to a TV with Chromecast or AirPlay and then maybe you get to 25%, if you’re lucky. Terrible quality, constant freezing and crashing, restarting, etc. Connected on 100+ Mbps so can’t blame the connection
More Chromecast dev please

What happened to the Chromecast connection integration? Tapping the Chromecast icon in the Bally Sports app, choosing the Chromecast device on the home network, the Bally Sports Chromecast icon starts flashing the wifi symbol which indicates a connecting process , and the Chromecast device starts to ‘connect’ by the TV screen blacking out, but 15 seconds later the Chromecast device goes back to its Home Screen and the Bally Sports app Chromecast icon is solid (stops connecting) and never broadcasts. Each of the other 11 Chromecast-enabled apps on the mobile device are broadcasting correctly. The Bally Sports app has been having Chromecast issues for several weeks.

App rarely works on my Amazon fire stick or fire tv. I usually start by clearing the cache but this trouble shooting step is not always effective.

Ever since Bally picked up NHL and some MLB games we have been forced to use Bally app and it is the most poorly designed and user friendly app I have ever interacted with. I actually would give it a half a star. Every single time we go to view anything on the app, I have to re-enter a code via a laptop/mobile phone and sign in. Every single time!! It glitches regularly. Initially I figured they would work out the bugs; however, that has not occurred.

Honestly not sure if it’s as bad on iOS, but the Bally Sports app on Firestick/FireTV is absolutely the worst. You have to re-login every time you use the app. Then you have to watch ads every time before accessing the game you want to watch, even if the stream isn’t on a commercial break when you tune in. Then when there are commercial breaks, you often have to listen to the annoying music on the break when they have no commercials to run. There is no rewind capability. The list of complaints just goes on … just a terrible app all the way around.

Never should’ve switched from fox sports. Haven’t been able to watch my local sports teams on this trash app using my iPhone or using my Apple TV in over a year. How are they still In business? There are plenty of other people who have the same issue I can’t believe local networks still trust them. Plz sell to another company plz.

Bally Sports is quite possibly the worst possible streaming platform. Absolutely blows my mind that I have to watch ads before using a service that I literally pay for. More often than not the games cut out or I end up watching the game through the play/pause overlay. Trash app, trash service.

Before fox sports switched to bally you didnt have to watch an ad before the stream started but now the greedy people want to waste your time even more.
Video never works

I get a playback error on every device and have spent months going back and forth with support and I definitely have Bally in my package but they have given up on me. Very frustrating. Even when it used to work for me, the app is not good. Needs lots of work. Mainly I wish I could watch live videos or replays but nothing works.
