Seems like Storm8 abandoned their game, it hasn’t been updated in years. Not to mention they also never added neighbors since I started playing in 2015. Progress with this game is very slow, unless you have countless gems to throw away on it. Storm8 just needs to do away with bakery story 2 since they’ve pretty much given up on it.

I used to play this game as a few years back and I was trying to remember what it was called and I finally found it! Problem is, I have the new iPhone and it seems to slow down. Please make it compatible! Its been over 3 years since your last update so who knows if you will.

Constant internet crashes

So i have been playing for a few weeks now and it lets me play but then it says "No online connection" when i use my phone's internet, i really love this game but until its fixed i am not changing my rating.

I've been playing this game for quite some time now, and and I personally think it's a really fun and addicting game, but one thing I think you guys should improve on is to give more people gems in the beginning or at least put gems as some of the gifts in the gift boxes or give us gems once we accomplish a goal because in the very beginning of this game u guys make us spends gems even if we don't want to. Also once we run out of gems in order to get more we have to spend lots of money. If you guys can fix this problem I would be very happy.

so i was playing this app then deleted it from my android tablet knowing i had connected to fb tried to log in from fb and the game progress was gone so frustrating

Customer service is poor - No updates

Like someone else said, this app has been abandoned. I contacted customer service and got a generic auto reply “we do not give advice on how to play the game or offer hints”. The reason I know this is because I got the same response, immediately both times, from Restaurant Story 2. My inquiry was asking for an update! I do enjoy the game and have put a lot of time into it but it seems like I am dead in the water now that there is really nothing else to do, ie no more challenges, the orders are the exact same, no gifts are given to expand the game & I have 7 silver keys that I can do nothing with.

The game is really good and fun to play but it needs a major update cuz it has to many bugs and issues

App crashes

After the latest update the app has been crashing at a very high frequency. I will play for about 20 minutes then it freezes up and I have to force close the app and restart.

I have spent countless hours playing this game its definitely one of my favorites. I would never dream of getting rid of my bakery. One problem I do have is that when getting rid of items on your shelf it gets rid of all of them not just a certain amount and its frustrating. If that could be fixed and then the game would be perfect. :)
