I’m just browsing currently. So far there have been a couple of bug issues: There was an issue making my account that I worked out and the app has already crashed on me. It would be nice if I could read reviews of the companies from people who have worked there already. The employers can review us and read our reviews. I think it’s only fair that we be able to review and read reviews of the employers as well and see how others enjoy working for them. It goes both ways with Uber. Why not this? Update: the FAQ says there is a rating system for us to rate employers but I’m not seeing any ratings or reviews when I’m searching for a shift.

Several concerns
Hallelujah Praise the Lord
I like the concept, but have several concerns. First, the type of work offered is not of the independent contractor variety. It is more like employment; meaning that taxes should be taken out, workers comp should be covered, unemployment insurance taxes should be paid. Second, the Contact Support button under FAQs does not work. Third, I am getting too many notifications. I would prefer only one summary notification per day; even better, a setting that I can control how often I get notifications. Fourth, it would be nice to be able to sort by date, type of work, payment amount, etc. I’m only interested in certain jobs, and it’s tiresome to scroll through them all.

Bacon app has been truly a positive experience, it’s a relief from having been in temp agencies for many years and experiencing nightmare work experience. They are analytical in finding you the right job for you, they pair you up with amazing companies that have also high ratings! They also don’t make temp worker sign any contracts so it’s really easy to get hired on to a job.
