Backpacker mag
Can't see, let alone download, the January and March issues of Backpacker magazine. Never had a problem before on my iPad mini until now.
App doesn't work on IPad

My subscription for Backpacker doesn't work on my IPad but shows the recent issues on my iPhone. I paid to see all the episodes on all my devices and the iPad app is not.

Last issue I received was November's and have received none since. Can't find any resource to use to resolve this problem. Just gonna have to cancel. Too bad. It's a good magazine.

Just like other reviewers, I'm a very disappointed subscriber that cannot view the 2017 magazine issues on my iPad app. Please fix this!!!

I loved this app but then something changed and I haven't received the last few issues I've paid for from the magazine.

This app quit updating and absolutely no help after multiple emails to Backpacker support. They have my money now and don't care! At least give me a print subscription for what I paid so I can read the magazine. Great mag just poor customer service!!!!
Great magazine, unable to get every month

The magazine is great and it looks beautiful in the app. But, I purchased a year subscription but I can't get every month for some reason.

I really liked Backpacker magazine, but they've really gone downhill in my opinion. The app has lots of issues and doesn't even display correctly for me. I have to uninstall and reinstall just to get my purchases to work. I wish I would have avoided it and paid more attention to the negative reviews they seem to be more accurate.
