Great game brought back memories of being a kid

Not an honest game

I was initially skeptical of the reviews suggesting this is not an honest game, but after only a few days watching it closely, that appears to be the case. This looks to be another game designed with neuroscientist input to manipulate people into spending money on chips by orchestrating results. Expect to do very well initially, until you get caught by one of various traps meant to get you into a postion for a large loss. Watch your opponents plays and evaluate whether you are playing a human being or a bot (despite the clumsily programmed movement delays and reconsiderations of movements). And then there's the stuff that's just ridiculous where my "opponent" managed to win by bearing off 13 stones while two were still in the bar. I want to play honest backgammon against human opponents. This game, though, appears to use backgammon as nothing more than a front for shaking people down with sophisticated neuroscience based techniques. Basically, it's Candy Crush with a fresh coat of paint (a bright pretty color that draws the primal eye).
Don't buy chips

I am not certain f this game is rigged, just as I am not sure of other games being rigged. To avoid such, I simply don't buy chips and if I run out, I move to another game provider. I love playing and only feel like a loser when I buy chips.
The one BIG, FRUSTRATING issue that needs to be fixed!!!

I just played a really intense game with a competitor and as I was about to roll off my final two pieces, the game freezes and locks. No way to alert anyone or recover it....so the freaking game takes the points you won and the original points to start the game. This happens at least every month and is so frustrating. At least don't penalize me for winning!!!! Arghhh!

It's a ok game, but the computer assistant is horrible. Count the number of dbl your opponent gets at the right time to over come a lose. The dbl 6, then dbl 4, then dbl 3 and 2 is very common for your opponent when they are losing. You guys need to fix this, making the game horrible.
Lost chips

I bought a new iPad, and when I went to play all my chips and my level was gone. I started out again at level 1 and the entry amount of chips they give you. I have sent messages twice asking where did my chips and the level I was at go. I now have ads popping up after each game where I never had them before. Not to happy! Why is there never been any respond?
