It doesn't cheat...but then it does

This works great on the easy level but It seems as though the higher the level, the better the roles for the computer. If you play at a harder level, it maintains the strategy but gets all the breaks. No fun. No fun at all.

I’ve been playing backgammon for over 40 years. I’ve played 5 different tablet apps. This is the worst!

This game is one big cheat!!!! I heard all the explanation of statistics and it’s all nonsense. Never ever in a real game do you get the kind of roles the computer gets to get out of every jam nor do you ever in a real game make the moves that the computer makes without knowing exactly what your opponent is going to roll in the next move.

Played the game for a month and upgraded to premium. Enjoyed the flexibility and no adds was worth the $5.99. Purchased a new phone, was told they can not honor the premium version when you switch from OS to iOS. (Android to Apple). My account and rankings were intact. For this reason I am rating 2 stars, because the game other than that functions well.

Love this version but so many issues! It keeps freezing on me in the middle of a game/tourney. Would love to buy full version but until this gets fixed...no way! VERY frustrating...it is the only app of mine that does this.

My wife and I enjoyed playing this together in online mode “play a friend.” Hasn’t worked AT ALL in this mode for several weeks. Unless you’re just looking to play solo, skip this app.

Horrible game as far as difficulty level goes. Rolls tend to repeat over and over again. Especially doubles. Also, the games almost always start with the computer.

The offline experience is poor because the computer almost always more than randomly lucky especially if there is a double. It is NOT random.

Fun game play. Nicely designed app. Playing against the computer, though? Awful. It always seems to roll exactly what it needs. You, on the other hand, only roll doubles when you can't move.
