Solid company and tremendous service. However, there is no membership or discounts for loyal customers like REI. If they had a membership service, I would easily give 6 stars if I could :)

This place has everything! The warehouses are worth driving to! They will grab whatever you want that is showing available on their site so you can try it on. One of the only places I’ve found where I can try on multiple sizes of numerous brands of snowboard gear. Plus the employees are super chill and the shop has a good open vibe. Everyone is approachable and helpful. Multiple computers to use to look at their warehouses selection. App works great no complaints!

I love this company. Their app makes my online shopping a lot easier and it is at my fingertips. I love the variety that carry. The only thing I’d like improved is the snowboard gear variety and choices for women. Other than that, all their gear and categories are phenomenal!! There camping and hiking gear is AMAZING.
Can’t send articles over WhatsApp

Still giving you 4 stars because I friggin love the app and the gear, but can’t send articles by Whatsapp. I tried a bunch, specifically the one about “Exploring the canyons of Southern Utah” and the app crashed immediately after switching to Whatsapp. I can send them by mail, message or anything else, just not Whatsapp.

I love shopping here! They have great products, prices are very competitive. The thing that I love the most is having a Gearhead who I can ask question about products and he is always there to give me great input and also, look for the best price for me. You guys are doing a great job!
