Articles and Classes don’t load

duckduckgoose331

Love the suggested activities but only get half of what you pay for since the articles and classes never load. Reached out to support but after suggesting I log in/out and click “sync” (which didn’t work) it was radio silence.

Videos

Virtue the Uber Bride

The videos are usually helpful. It won’t load. Once I select play, the video disappears.

Good when it works

I really like this app but it’s constantly crashing. Like when I go to open the app, my screen will go black and return to my home screen. It stinks because I do like the activities so far (I’ve only done the free version because I don’t want to pay for something that keeps crashing on my phone). When it is working, there are cool daily activities, and articles that are informative and relevant.

Wonderful and complete

Disappointed

I just subscribed, deducted my card and now J can’t open the app!

Love this

Kuhhreenuh

It’s a great app.

Complaint

Kyaw Myat

I’ve subscribed to basic plan with annual subscription of 23.99 USD. I have access to only two development activities each day. Although I am asked to select 5 of 8 activities, I can watch only the topmost 2 videos. The remaining 6 videos are locked. Can you tell me why it is so?

What the heck?

I was not able to keep this app on my phone for long due to my memory filling up. Which is obviously no fault of the company. But what’s irritating me is that I had to create an account with them (which would usually be no big deal), except for the fact that I had unsubscribed FIVE TIMES, and they’re still sending me several emails a day. I tried going into their website to “update my preferences”, but though the button appears on my website, I’m pretty sure it’s nonexistent. My phone was not frozen, internet is working fine, but the button would not click. Instead my screen would just zoom in on it, which it only does when I want to click on anything but a button. Anyway, this is not cool and not professional and I really want to stop having these crowd my email.

Great app!

This has helped me greatly to know what activities are appropriate for our Son.

Good tool a a decent price but some caveats

mynanacare

This is a useful tool to participate in and guide a child through developmental milestones. It also can provide a neutral talking space for inexperienced parents and carers. It is concise and effective. Little of the advice has contradicted my 30+ years experience as a caregiver, parent of 5, educator, and grandmother . That being said, I have paid the annual premium fee up front from the start. The many classes offered often state they are free for premium subscribers, sometimes restated by the provider during the video intro. For me, however, I still am prompted to pay a fee. Leaves a bitter taste if bait and switch or click greed for the app . Too bad. Because it is a solid framework to build daily structure upon.
