I recommend upgrading. Spend the money. This app has helped a lot with our son who was born two months early. It gave us great ideas on what to work with him on.

BabySparks is great! No new parent needs to pressure themselves too much because most of these activities simulate normal day-to-day interaction and play that most great parents do with their baby. However, I’m one of those people who will get stuck in a rut and end up doing the same 5 activities with baby over and over every day. This app provides a wide range of activities to vary your playtime. I love that the activity descriptions are clear, the link to the various developmental milestones is described right there in the activity and every activity has an accompanying video. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of a very slight misstep in the UI. In the daily activities, you have to click into each activity to check it off, even if it’s one that you have done before and don’t need the description or video. When you’re playing with baby, the less distracted the better. I want to be able to one-touch check-off the activities. It is also annoying (for the same reason) that the first time you look at an activity for the day it stops you on your way back to the main list to ask how the activity was. I like to look at the daily activities first thing in the morning and get an idea of what we’re going to try that day and again would be nice not to be slowed down. Slightly more thought on how much button pushing is required in this app would make it a 5-star treat for every new parent!
Paid for subscription- activities still locked?

I’m so excited to use this with my 15 month old I just got confirmation that I’ve subscribed and picked the monthly version but all the activities are still locked? I’ve closed and reopened the app a few times, checked for an update and restarted my phone. Any suggestions?? Thanks !
Great content, poor execution

I love doing the activities with my baby. Often however, it forgets who my child as well as permanently removes the picture and it doesn’t always maintain the selection of activities we’ve done even if I select them over and over.

Our 3month old was behind on his motor skills and the exercises and activities caught him back up. I’m soooo thrilled to have this resource. Well worth the subscription.

I paid for lifetime and after 9 months they want to charge me again and there is no phone number for customer service in order for me to have this situation resolved. I do not recommend this app. !!

My baby is 4 month old. I bought a life time subscription and regret it. Activities are very repetitive and some of them hardly activity Such as introducing baby to new faces. A lot of thing we already do on daily basis such as Timmy time and read to baby. I don’t need an app tell me to do those. I open the app and close it not able to find anything interesting to do.

Terrible customer service. Make sure you are aware of you have it set to auto renew. They will not refund you even if you try to cancel the subscription just one day late.
Milestones not saved

I had this app for 12 months now. A lot of times when I open the app o have to open it multiple times just for my child’s name to pop up on the main menu. More times then not the milestones I marked off for him are no longer there and I have to mark them off again. It’s disappointing as I was using this app to see when milestones were met. I am a life time subscriber. Other then those two problems I find this app to be better then most others and will love to give five stars to have some of these bugs that are inconvenient fixed.
