Something wrong with Subscription

My daughter really loves to play this, and I have purchased the subscription. but sometimes when we open the app, it told me I have not purchased, and everything is locked ( the game progress is erased too), I tried to click “Refresh to resume purchase”, but no help. We are very frustrated by this, hope there would be a solution.

First I thought this game was gonna be a trick but it’s not that bad not every game is locked everything’s almost free you need to download this app it’s amazing ?????????????

This is literally the BEST app for me and my little brother. I mean, before I saw this app where all the game are in to one app. My little brother had too many Baby Bus apps. But when I mean too many I mean the too many where you have delete the apps that your phone already comes with like Maps, Notes, FaceTime and other apps. So that was exactly what my brother did. He deleted calculator and probably other apps too. But anyways I don’t see pretty much anything wrong with this app. (Other than the fact you do pay to get other things) Thank you for reading ?
