Something wrong with Subscription – Baby Panda World - BabyBus Review

My daughter really loves to play this, and I have purchased the subscription. but sometimes when we open the app, it told me I have not purchased, and everything is locked ( the game progress is erased too), I tried to click “Refresh to resume purchase”, but no help. We are very frustrated by this, hope there would be a solution.
