Want it to love it but it's awful

My 1 year old loves BabyFirst TV. We especially love singing along with all the songs. This app would be perfect for us on car rides and walks, but it crashes ALL THE TIME. I have to reinstall constantly. I am enrolled and pay monthly for the extra content. It's so frustrating. ?

I sure wish I could buy a CD with these songs and play it without depending on this crap app that simply does not want to work. Now that my granddaughter is in love with the songs I am insisting on trying to be patient with the hope that they will fix it. After all, I did pay for it! Please, if you know of a music CD that has these song versions, let me know cuz I'll buy it instead of banging my head against the wall
How can I get my money back...??

Just purchased and as soon as I did it started to crash and won't even open so I can unsubscribe from it... smh

Can't these companies put out an app that doesn't charge you for everything? The app plays about 15 seconds of the song and then wants to charge you. Geez

The app is free like all other apps. Once you download if you want to use it you need to pay. Just a ripoff.

Baby First tv channel plays commercial over and over for their FREE baby first music app. Classic bait and switch. Very disappointing. Certainly enough other actually free apps out there, no need to pay for this one. Such a turn off Baby First.

I was so excited when I saw the commercial advertising the app. I would even be willing to pay something for it. But $5/month? $30/year? That price seems a bit steep. I'm sure there are other cheaper options out there.
