Poor to None for customer service

We have had numerous problems with the devices and keep getting the runaround regarding replacement. This has been going on for months and completely unacceptable. I just don’t understand why they can’t do what they say they would do when we first signed up with the service.

This is really a top notch app! Everything that you need for vehicle tracking and even maintenance is right at your fingertips I’m very pleased.

This app does not accurately track the vehicle. The score seems to be just a random number that is generated at the end of the day. It does not explain or show any details as to why the score is what it is.
