No complaints

I've had good customer service and no problems with this app. There are no fees except for additional services (I use none of them), and their robo-investing is done the same way as Wealthfront, Betterment, etc - not sure why I'd pay to get something I can have for free here.

Great product!

It is a really simple, powerful product!

Great app!

Lince31

App is great! The only thing I wish it would do differently is allow me to schedule a transfer for a later date.

Pretty great!

Always wanted to get into investing but this app just really makes you feel how manageable it is! Its not this big scary thing that I always had perceived. Onwards and upwards!

Awesome App for New Investors!

Great app for those starting off. If you're interested in opening a ROTH IRA this is the BEST place to do it. Low startup key & no fees! I would recommend to all my friends!

Satisfying Year of Use

Kbroskyy

I'm a very big fan of investing. I started last year with $50 a month knowing that they'll automatically rebalance my portfolio and choose my funds for me with my risk profile. I'm a millennial and I'm 22 years old. Investing in the stocks make me emotional so I decided to have a roboadviser do it for me. In fact, I'm a very busy student and I do two jobs. With no time doing research for stock buying and my money just rotting in my savings and checking account only earning a cent in a month or none at all, I decided to use Wisebanyan. No fees and they'll help you with financial planning. I'm very happy right now that I got almost 13% of annual return. But, it didn't start that way. I knew that I'll be going for a long term investment. I had a negative growth during my first month (August) and I was sad that time. I just said to myself -- nah this will pass. Later on I earned a dollar then 2 dollars then until right now I got 13% of what I invested. I'm so happy that I went with Wisebanyan. I just wished I invested more before because I didn't realized my returns will be bigger if I go long term. Instead of getting 12 cents in a year, I got more than that. Now I'm putting more milestones which is for my new car monthly payment and downpayment, Roth IRA and just personal milestone I can splurge sometime in the future. Thanks Wisebanyan for showing me the power of compounding interest and long term investing with the growth of the market -- not the specific stock which increases over time. I'm sharing this to everyone that I know of. Hoping for the Wisebanyan credit card to be released soon!!

Overrated

I signed up with WB and set up automatic monthly investments, what could be the harm, right? They pulled from my bank account twice in two days, overdrafted my account and then charging me a fee that wiped out my starting balance. Customer service did absolutely nothing with an unapologetic "that's just when the automatic payments happen." Tl;Dr: signed up and lost a hundred bucks in two days without even using the service.

Consistent

I've been using this service for several months. I love that there are no fees for the Roth IRA. I've had to pull out money twice for financial reasons and had no issues doing so. It automatically withdraws $10 from my bank account per week. The most I've had at one time was $400. Only issue is it's difficult to tell how good the investments are doing. They don't specifically separate my deposits from the gains. Other than that, I'm sticking with the service long term.

Simple and clean

Just what I was wanting in order to begin exploring investing. I've used the app for several months, and the only feature I've found myself wanting is the ability to schedule withdrawals on specific days, rather than just weekly, monthly, etc.
