Not Connecting to Cameras after IOS update

After completing the latest IOS update on my phone and iPad the app will not connect to cameras any longer.

What horrible app, we tried it for our business but is just a waste of money and time , we went with a local company and is amazing . I would not be recommending this company to any of my business associates. I would recommend fixing the problem before loosing more business.

As I have just read in another review, you CANNOT arrange the camera boxes in the order you want. That should have been the 1st thing the developers thought of and incorporated. Hey developer! Update this atrocity, please.

If I could rate these cameras any less than one star, I would gladly do it. These cameras are extremely unstable, very difficult to set up and quite limited in customer support.
No manual camera add

As far as I can tell there is no way to manually add cameras. You need to be on the same network via WiFi. First off, for a business that’s not a good practice. Secondly, for my situation, my cameras are only accessible via VPN for configuring and WAN for viewing. Making the entire app pointless. Please allow the ability to manually add your cameras.
Most secure entry level video surveillance app

This is so much more secure than the mega-vulnerable chinese systems commonly used (Swann, rebranded Dahua, etc). Axis M3044 domes with on board SD card storage, plus this app, is a super stable home / small business surveillance system. Many reviews complain about lack of features, but geez this is a FREE APP! If you want features you have to pay.
Fast Forward and Rewind on playback

Not sure why the app would not have a fast forward or rewind, these seem to be very crucial features to be able to playback video.

Axis companion is an extremely powerful little application that I use daily. I have it installed on on a dedicated PC that I have connected to a big screen in my office. This allows me to keep an eye on all my cameras around our building. I also have it running on several iOS devices that I use and it all plays well together. However.... I attempted to install the AppleTV version of this application on my AppleTV and it does not work. Basically after entering the setup for my AppleTV, you're supposed to use your iOS device for the remainder of the setup process. Well, my iPhone sees my AppleTV and knows I am trying to configure the AppleTV App, but I cannot get my list of cameras to populate in my phone in order to send the configuration setup to the AppleTV. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially from a company like Axis.
