Locks up tooooo many times. A wide variety of fails keeps it interesting and exceptionally annoying.

I love that the library even has an app but in my experience this app is difficult to use and has frequent errors. Most significantly, it often gives administrative access errors when I try to download or continue listening to an audio book. It also often shuts off at the end of a chapter, requiring me to reboot the downloaded book in order to go on to the next chapter.
The best books!

At my library, this app has better availability than the titles on OverDrive, and the audio is more reliable than Hoopla. Best feature: ability to highlight text. Other apps only allow bookmarks. My only issue is that sometimes the ebooks crash, and I had one that kept getting stuck on the same page. Have to download the book again to fix it.

I have used the library system for several years to read books and loved the convenience. Not anymore. This app has ruined it. Slow, unresponsive and clunky are the best ways to describe it. Right now I have a book open in the app that will not close. There is not work around as a secondary method. I am going to have to uninstall the app to get it to close the book. I’m out of the library system until the app is fixed or replaced.
Log in problems solved

Frustrated earlier about a log in issue which app support didn’t help with, but that got solved. Would love to see better app support. Now just left wondering about why the app sometimes says I have no access, but if I keep retrying, I can eventually open my book, and why, sometimes, the app can’t remember my spot and goes to some earlier stopping point. Otherwise, love having access to lots of books!

I have used this app for over a year. Loved it till recently. Now it keeps cutting off my books and I can’t finish them. What is up?
Change it back

What happened to swiping to change the page! Now I always have to have my right hand on the right side to change the page! I hate that! Change it back please!!
Unreliable

The app is unreliable and inconsistent. Some days works perfectly, others not one bit. It’s frustrating ghat every time an update is done to the app, there are more bugs!

App is super glitchy. It won’t let me go past a certain page no matter how many times I restart the app or reinstall it. It makes reading anything impossible
