Terrible app

The functionality of this app is awful. Audio books: issues from it not loading to it skipping, including it freezing or not playing and spinning even though it’s supposedly downloaded. Just a terrible app for audiobooks. Ebooks: same issues as above from a spinning and loading perspective. Downloading something would make you think it wouldn’t hang up. Say for an plane ride. Nope. Routinely freezes or doesn’t work. On a rare occasion you’ll hear back from customer support, very rare. They clearly don’t care. And it’s always (delete the app, reinstall). Has never improved it. Libby, Overdrive and other apps are modern and very functional. Axis 360 is out of date, terrible at actually working, but somehow locks some libraries into contracts. What a waste. Either update the app and fix the issues, or just quit. As is, it’s garbage.

I like this app. A book I wanted to read for my book club was on this app, which I hadn’t used before. The reading experience was great. I wish the checkout period was another week, although I had no trouble renewing it.

Love it so far! A lot of books are on hold, but I’ve found others till they come in. I can’t sit and read… I have to multitask, so the audio is perfect for me!
Worst for library audiobooks

Compared to other library audiobook apps, this one is the bottom of the heap. For the second time it just randomly deleted a book I was listening to (one with a long wait list) early in the checkout period. It also will sometimes lose your place in the audiobook when you close and reopen it. Or go into extreme slow motion if you’re trying to fast forward or rewind more than 30 seconds. Phooey.

This app literally does not work 25% of the time. It's infuriating. A new release will be so buggy that nothing is able to play. I don't understand why this keeps happening. I'm so annoyed by it, since the app has many great titles.

The app is defective. It doesn’t let me enter my location so I can use the app. Right when you download the app and use it for the first time, it asks you to put your country and state. It won’t let me press next after I put my country. This is a problem and the app needs an update.
