One major complaint

It’s a resource hog. Some apps wouldn’t load with this running. They would try and then crash. Have to keep rebooting my iPhone. Then when I closed this app, Lo and behold. Everything is fast and loads now. Too bad.

Help from customer service

Sure had lots of trouble to get everything working ....not easy ...but with the help of customer service finally it’s doing what’s supposed to do. Except ....Facebook, Instagram...?? Does not show up anymore when I need to forward some post ???

Why is Avira charging money to use the Web Protection feature on the latest version of this app when the previous versions did not charge anything? One needs to upgrade to Pro to use this feature. Why is this price change not announced on the “What’s New:” section? If it was I would have not updated. This was the reason I got Avira, because it was free of charge. On the Android version, it’s free to use these features. Please change this to the way it was before. Thanks.

I never heard of or signed up. Cannot stop emails, constantly UNSUBSCRIBE, take me off list!!

Blocking wrong sites!

At the moment I’m a bit upset. It seems to be blocking sites I use regularly (ie. Audiobooks) & I can’t pull them up. AND, I can’t find any way to change that. I also can’t find a place for customer support!

Every time I put my email in it tells me something went wrong try again. Need help App will not recognize my email and password even after resetting my password
