AVIRA MobileSecurity for iPhone VPN PRO drops frequently

Avira Prime Suite subscriber in US for almost three years on PCs and iPhones. Added MobileSecurity app to iPhone July 2019. PHANTOM VON PRO for iPhone stayed on reliably until some time in February 2020. Tech Support not able to resolve after weeks of trying. We must reconnect VPN about every time we want to browse online or open email links. Sad. Just updated Avira MobileSecurity app. VPN feature stayed connected about 30 minutes and it disappeared. Just flew away again. I have Out-flew-enza I guess. Better call CDC, Avira tech support quit responding last week.

It’s the cheapest app out there per year, so I didn’t expect much. I like how it displays ram and storage usage. Other than that, not worth the $5.49 per year.

I’m very disappointed. Can’t download anything that I have purchased, it’s so confusing and I can never get any help!

It doesn’t explain what the features do, you do a. Email scan it gives a report, Then what. I’m going to cancel it. If you don’t know how to use it it’s useless.

Why was my account disconet and unable to log in again? While logged in on the homepage and phantom vpn is good??

This app is not working as advertised and when I try to get your app support the link doesn't work. I have authorized acces to my contacts and yet none of the blocked numbers are showing in the app. Also I just received a horrible spam text now after installing your app 2 days ago! And I don't use Safari I use Chrome and Firefox neither of which allow me to add your web protection. Help!

I began searching the location of my iPad, which is right in front of me. The app says it’s across town, inside or very near a store I’ve never been to, let alone close to.
