I like that I can dress the aviator & the different backgrounds. But many have missing arms, legs & body. So the aviator only has a head & hands even in the paid app. So why pay

App sucks…you get to use only 5% of the Zmoji’s rest $100 a year. Get lost

I guess I need my money back. Once I paid nothing happened. I tried to take my pic I ran into another paywall asking for more $$. Then I clicked on get started and it said I paid so payment failed…but my card was charged. I’ve tried deleting the app snd bringing it back but still same problem. I’ve emailed you guys and even messaged you on FB and no response!!! Scam?

Zmojii Pro Does Not Work

Downloaded Zmojii Pro from iTunes and purchased annual subscription and eceived receipt confirmation via email. That said, the app simply does not work. From the “How would you like to create your avatar” page I clicked on “Facial Recognition Pro” only to be redirected to the Zmojii Pro purchase page yet again. When you click on “Start Now” I receive a “You’re currently subscribed to this” message that summarizes my purchase and giving me the option to click “Manage” or “OK”. Upon clicking “OK” I receive a temporary message that states “Purchase Failed.” Either a terrible bug in this app or a complete fraud.
